Regional Office (RO) of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region prepares for the selling a number of objects

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region explores the demand for the state property objects which are the subject to privatization in 2018:

- A summer rest’s houses with annexes of 64.5 sq. m and  85.3 sq. m: 3 and 3A, “Zaplava Vorskla river” massive, Zarichenska village council, Trostianetskydistrict;

- A shop building: 9, Privokzalnyi Lane, Krasnopilliasmall town;

- A shop building: 1, Shuhliaeva square, Trostianetssmall town;

- A manufacturing building (together with the plot of land): 10, Sumska str., Konotop town;

- An administrative-maintenance building (together with the plot of land) (for disassembling): 10, Sumska str., Konotop town;

- A deepened storehouse of inventory and equipment (together with the plot of land) (for disassembling): 10, Sumska str., Konotop town;

- A one-flat residential houses №№ 59-61: Shkilna str., Andriyashevkavillage, Romenskyi district;

- A 105-flat residential house with the built-in post-office: 6-Г, Svemovska, Shostka city;

- A treatment facilities of Vysochanskyfoodstuff factory: 1, building 4, Vishneva str., Veselyi Hai village., Okhtyrsky district;

- A residential house which is not included into the shareholders’ capital of OJSC “Lebedynskyi avtotrans15942”: 22, Molodizhna str., Lebedyn small town;  

- Оne-flat residential houses № 1 - № 4: which is not included into the shareholders’ capital of OJSC “Buriakoradhosp named by Bohdan Khmelnytsky” during the privatization; 1-4, Urozhaina str., Diakivka village, Burinskyi district

- One-flat residential houses № 8 - № 10: 30, 32, 34, Molodizhna str., Tulushka village, Konotop district. Chernobyl Programme.
