Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region prepares for selling JSC “Ternopil Radio Plant “Orion”

The meeting of an auction commission for selling of the state owned share of the JSC “Ternopil Radio Plant “Orion” has took place in the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region.
On the commission’s meeting the conditions of selling of the state owned share of the JSC “Ternopil Radio Plant “Orion”, which compounds 96.120 per cent of the Company’s authorized capital (at the auction with conditions) has been discussed. Particularly, relatively to save the main types of Company’s activity and author's rights on technical documentation for products, which were produced for the state’s funds, etc.
