Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region has sold two objects by means of auction

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region has sold two objects during May 2019 by means of e-auctions:

–  a non-residential administrative building in Kozova small town. By the results of the electronic auction, the sales price increased almost 9 times and amounted UAH 1.02 million (including VAT – UAH 170.0thousand);

–   a boiler room in the building of a garage at Monastyryska town. The price of selling was UAH 38.1 thousand (including VAT – UAH 6.35 thousand).
