Regional Office of the SPFU in Ternopil Region offers to evaluate the lease and privatization objects

Regional Office of the SPFU in Ternopil Region invites appraisers to the competition, which will be held on June 21, 2018. In order to determine the market value of property for the calculation of rent, you must evaluate:

- part of the place with asphalt covering 160,0 sq. m (30A Tekstylna Str., Ternopil city);

- part of the premises of the basement floor of the main educational building, 138.5 sq. m (2 M. Krivonosa Str., Ternopil city);

- a premises of 78.3 sq. m administrative and economic building (102, D. Halytskoho Str., Pidvolochisk settlement);

- part of the premises of 10,0 sq. m, on the 1st floor of the main educational building (2 M. Kryvonosa Str., Ternopil City).

Another object needs to be evaluated in order to determine the market value of a small-scale object for sale at an auction:

- an administrative building of 145.4 sq. m ( 39 Hrushevskoho Str., Mykulyntsi village, Terebovlia district).
