In Volhynia it is necessary to estimate 10 objects of lease

Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Volyn region announced a competition of appraisers who will be involved in the evaluation of the lease objects:

1. Clothes drying house of 44.6 sq. m and asphalt covering 45,0 sq. m at: 3 Nestora Burchaka str., Lutsk city.

2. parts of the administrative building of 120.4 sq. m at: 35 Kovelska str., Volodymyr-Volynskyi town.

3. parts of the premises (agrohimlaboratory)  of 17.03 sq. m at:  49 Glushets str., Lutsk town.

4. 2 houses of 25.6 sq. m at: Ozeriany village, Turiyskyi district.

5. a canopy of 123,2 sq. m and baths house, sanitary inspection, boiler room of 136,2 sq. m at: 80 B,  Lutska str., Volodymyr-Volynskyi town.

6. parts of the main building of 5.0 sq. m and parts of the training and laboratory building of 5.0 sq. m at: 75 Lvivska str., Lutsk city.

7. parts of the canteen of 223.9 sq. m at: 25 Gushovo tract, Svitiaz village, Shatskyi district.

Tender documentation for the competition is submitted to the Regional Office by May 17, 2019 at latest.

The competition will be held on May 23, 2019 at 10 a.m. in Regional Office, tel. (0332) 24-34-77.
