It is necessary to evaluate 15 objects of lease in Volyn region

Region Office of the SPFU in Volyn region has announced a contest of appraisers to be involved in the evaluation of lease objects:

1. part of the administrative building 3.0 sq. at the address: 12, Shopena Street,  Lutsk City;

2. part of the main building of 6.0 sq. m at the address: 75, Lvivska Street, Lutsk City;

3. part of the educational-residential building 6.3 sq. m at the address:23, Zavodskaya Street, Kovel Town;

4. part of the administrative building 15.3 sq. m  at the address: 12, Shopena Street, Lutsk City;

5. premises of a building of 63.5 sq. m at the address: 38, Kremenetska Street,   Lutsk City;

6. part of the educational building 200,00 sq. m at the address: 75, Lvivska Street, Lutsk City;

7. part of production and warehouse premises of 146.2 sq. m, part of the administrative premises 87.0 sq. m at the address: 3 a, Pysarevskoho Street,  Lutsk City;

8. part of garage premises 81.6 sq. m at the address: 62, Promyslova Street,   Novovolynsk Town;

9. part of the laboratory building with an annex, garage and production workshops of 80.7 sq. m at the address: 6, Avtobusna Street, Novovolynsk Town;

10. part of the laboratory building with an annex, garage and production workshops of 256.9 sq. m at the address: 6, Avtobusna Street, Novovolynsk Town;

11. part of student canteen 140.8 sq. m at the address: 16, Shakhtarska Street,  Novovolynsk Town;

12. part of the canteen 223.9 sq. m at the address: 25, Gushovo Stow, Svitiaz  village, Shatsk region;

13. cafeterias with rest room 112,5 sq. m at the address: 19a,  Lesi Ukrainky Street, Domanove village, Ratnivskyi district;

14. artesian well 80m at the address: 38, Drahomanova Street, Volodymyr-Volynskyi Town;

15. part of the cells of the Jesuit monastery and the defensive wall and towers of the fifteenth century - the premises of the educational building of the Volyn College  of the National University of Food Technologies (basement) of 242.7 sq. m at the address: 6, Kafedralna street, Lutsk City.

The contest documentation is submitted by April 13, 2018.
