There are necessary to evaluate 3 lease objects in Volyn region

The SPFU’s Regional office in Volyn region announced the competitive selection of appraisers which will involved to holding an independent valuation of lease property:

1. a part of premise of 26.7 sq. m in Kamin-Kashyrsky town, 2 Volia Str.

2. a part of premise of 47.9 sq. m in Lutsk city, 49 Hlushets Str.

3. a part of canteen of 362.8 sq. m in Rozhyshche town, 14 Hrushevskogo Str.

An assessment is made to determine the market value of an object to calculate the rent amount.

The tender documentation is accepted in the Volyn regional office at the address: Lutsk city, 9 Kyivsky Maidan, room 807 (inclusive).

The competition will be held on 30.01.2018 at 10.00.
