In Volhynia it is necessary to estimate 4 objects of lease

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Volyn region has announced a competition for the selection of appraisers. It is necessary to evaluate the objects of lease:

1. part of production and warehouse space of 16.5 sq. m: 3a Pisarevskoho Str., Lutsk town;

2. part of brick building space of 19.0 sq. m: 4 Kosachiv Str., Kovel town;

3. part of the administrative building of 8.3 sq. m:  12 Chopena Str., Lutsk town;

4. group of inventory objects:

- parking for cars of 2500,0 sq. m;

- premises of the issuance of permits 136,2 sq. m;

- production space of 282.8 sq. m: 1a Lutska Str., Volia-Lyubytivska Str., Kovel district.

Documentation has to be submitted by 22.02.2018 inclusively to the Regional Office.

The competition will be held on 28. 02. 2019 at 10.00 in the Regional Office, tel. (0332) 24-34-77.
