Volyn region needs to evaluate 5 facilities to lease

The Volyn regional office invites the appraisers to evaluate facilities are placed in Hrybovytsia village, Ivanychiv district, 61 Myru Str., for privatization by sale on the auction.

1.                 a premise of the administrative-household combine with a total area of 3718.3 sq. m.

2.                 a building of a joiner's workshop with a total area of 142.3 sq. m.

3.                 a building material warehouse with a total area of 297.8 sq. m.

4.                 a canteen building with an area of 461.3 sq. m.

5.                 a buffet club building with an area of 461.3 sq. m.

The tender documentation is to be submitted by December 07, 2017 (inclusive) to the Sector of administrative and organization provision of the Volyn regional office (Lutsk city, 9 Kyivsky Maidan, room 807).

The competition will be held on December 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. in premises of Volyn regional office (9 Kyivsky Maidan, Lutsk city, room 801,  tel. +38(0332) 24-34-77).
