Regional Office of the SPFU in the Volyn region announces a competition for the selection of Appraisers for the independent valuation of property, namely:

1. Part of non-residential premises of a hostel with an area of ​​23.0 sq. m at the address:22 Drahomanova Str., Kovel City.

2. Part of the administration building with an area of ​​4.2 sq. m at the address: 22 Drahomanova Str., Kovel City.

3. Group of inventory objects: office number 2 with total area

181.8 sq. m, a garage for 5 cars with a total area of ​​207.2 sq. m, a garage for 8 cars with a total area of ​​653.7 sq. m, at the address: 3 Zavodska Str., Lutsk city.

4. Hydrotechnical structures of ponds in the Manevichi district, Kostiukhnivka village.

5. Part of the administrative building with an area of ​​134.2 sq. m at the address:

35 Kovelska Str., Volodymyr-Volynskyi City. 

6. A group of inventory facilities with a total area of ​​10,262.1 sq.m, at the address:  4 Promyslova Str., Rovantsi village. 

The tender documentation must be submitted to the sector of organizational and administrative support of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Volyn region at the following address: 807 Room, 9 Kyivskyi Maydan, Lutsk City,  until May 24, 2018 (inclusive).

The competition will be held on 31.05.2018 at 10:00 in the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Volyn region at the address: 801 room, 9 Kyivskyi Maidan, Lutsk City.
