In Volyn it is necessary to estimate 7 objects of lease

Volyn RO ofSPFU informs the announcement of a competition for the selection of appraisers for the independent valuation of property, namely:

1. part of the warehouse is 139.7 sq. m, Lokachinskyidistrict, Zaturtsi village, Lipynsky 2a.

2. part of the building of the boiler house 47.1 sq m, Gorokhivskyidistrict, Berestechko Town, 140 Independencestr.

3. part of the administrative building  8,3 sq m, LutskCity,12Chopinstr.

4. hydrotechnical structures of the Charkuk-Vyrosnyi pond, Lutsk district, in the territory of the Charukivska Village Council;

5. part of the administrative premises 12.3 sq m, Volodymyr-Volynskyi Town, 22 Helen Khokhlstr.

6. part of the premises is 22.9 sq. m, GorokhivTown, 5Getmanskastr.

7. part of the garage 20.0 sq.m., Volodymyr-Volynskyi City, 22 Helen Khokhlstr.

The purpose of the assessment: the definition of the market value of the object to calculate the amount of rent for the conclusion (Nos. 1,3-6) and extension (№№2,7) of the lease.

The competition documentation must be submitted until 10.10.2017 (inclusive).
