Regional Office of the SPFU in the Volyn region announced a competition for the selection of appraisers, for the independent valuation of property:

parts of the non-residential premises of the hostel of ​​3,12 sq.m, Lubeshiv small town, 5 Brestska Street;

parts of the boiler room of ​​240.0 sq.m and a heating bridge of 350 m, Lyubeshiv village, 7 Brestska Street;

parts of the business premises of ​​10.8 sq.m, Starovoitove village, 41 Prykordonnykiv Street;

parts of the administrative building of ​​14.4 sq.m, Lutsk City, 12 Shopena Street;

parts of the House of officers of ​​88.7 sq.m, Lutsk City, 8 Vynnychenka Street;

parts of the educational building №5 of ​​200.0 sq.m, Lutsk City, 75 Lvivska Street.

The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the market value of the object for calculating the lease amount for the continuation and conclusion of the lease agreements.
