In Volyn region it is necessary to evaluate the objects of lease

Regional Office of SPFU in the Volyn region informs about the announcement of a competition for the selection of appraisers, who will be involved in conducting an independent valuation of property, namely:

1. Oriented Strand Board (OSB) shop of 868.3 sq. m at the address: 3 Vetaraniv Street, Manevytskyi district, Gorodok village.

2. Boiler house of 478.5 sq. m at the address: 124 Nezaleznosti Street, Tsuman village, Kivertsi district.

The assessment is carried out to determine the market value of the object for calculating the lease amount for the conclusion an agreement lease.

The bidding documentation must be submitted till 20.04.2018 (inclusive).

The competition will be held on April 26, 2018 at 10.00. in the regional office, tel. (0332) 24-34-77.
