Contest of appraisers is conducted in Lutsk

Regional Office of the SPFU in the Volyn region has announced a contest of appraisers. 9 lease properties are subject to estimate:

1. Part of the laboratory building of 96.2 and 4.0 sq. m in Lutsk, 9 Potapova Str.,

2. Part of the educational and library building 4.0 sq. m in Lutsk, 30a, Vinnichenko Str.

3. Part of the educational building 4.0 sq. m in Lutsk, 30 Vinnichenko Str.

4. Part of the building of 130.5 sq. m in the of Novovolynsk town, 12  Shakhtarska Str.

5. Part of the premise of cells of the former monastery of Bernardines of 606.3 sq. m in Lutsk, 2, Voli Ave.

6. Part 1 of the floor of the administrative building 32.9 sq. m in the city of Gorokhiv, 2 Nezalezhnosti Str.

7. Part of the educational building 3.0 sq. m in Lutsk, 28 Vinnichenko Str.

8. Svitiaz Hotel of 7896.4 sq. m in Lutsk, 4 Naberezhna Str.

Contest documentation is to be submitted by August 1, 2018 (inclusive) to Regional Office.
