Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Volyn region offers to evaluate 10 lease objects
Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Volyn region proposes to evaluate:
1. part of the educational building (sports complex) of 120.9 sq. m at: 2Б, Presidenta Hrushevskoho ave, Lutsk city;
2. premises of the 1t floor of the administrative building of 31.4 sq. m at: 2 Nezalezhnosti str., Horokhiv town;
3. part of the administrative building of 19.6 sq. m at: 12 Shopena str., Lutsk city;
4. part of the dormitory of 1.5 sq. m at: 7, Sobornosti str., Lutsk city;
5. part of the dormitory of 1.5 sq. m: 30 Yaroshchuka str., Lutsk city;
6. part of the dormitory of 1.5 sq. m: 22 Vinnichenka str., Lutsk city;
7. part of the administrative building of 14.4 sq. m at: 12 Shopena str., Lutsk city;
8. premises of the 1st floor of the administrative building of 31,2 sq. m at: 2 Nezalezhnosti str., Horokhiv town;
9. part of the building of 73.3 sq. m at: 12 Shakhtarska str., Novovolynsk town;
10. processing shop of 656.9 sq. m at: Tsentralna str., Kolki stlm.
The purpose of the assessment: the definition of the market value of the object for calculating the amount of lease in connection with the change in the composition of the object of the lease (reducing the size of the area) (No. 9) and for the extension (No. 2, 4-6, 8) and conclusion (No. 1, 3, 7, 10) of the lease agreement.
The contest documentation should be submitted by 19.04.2019 (inclusive).
