Regional Office of the SPFU in Volyn region offers to evaluate 6 rental objects

RO SPFU in the Volyn region announces a competition for the selection of appraisers for an independent assessment:

1. part of the cells of the Jesuit monastery and the defensive wall and towers of the fifteenth century - the building of the educational building of the Volyn Technical College of the National University of Food Technologies 242.7 sq. m: 6 Kafedralna Str., Lutsk City;

2. part of the administrative building of 9.6 sq. m: 12 Shopena Str., Lutsk City;

3. building of the sawmill 844.2 sq. m:124 Nezalezhnosti Str., Kivertsi district, Tsuman village;

4. part of non-residential premises 30.9 sq.m.: 49 Glushets Str., Lutsk City.

5. part of the office building 9.8 sq. m: 41 Prykordonnykiv Str., Starovoitove village, Liubomlskyi district;

6. part of the office space 10.7 sq.m.: 24 Kashtanova Str., Ratne village.

An evaluation is made for calculating the rent amount for conclusion (Nos. 1-3, 6) and extension (No. 4-5) of the lease agreement.

The competition will be held on June 21, 2018 at 10.00.
