In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast offer to evaluate a number of objects

The SPFU’s Regional office in in Dnipropetrivska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska Oblasts announced a contest for selection of appraisers which will be involved to carry out independent evaluation of the property to determine market value of following objects:

-         Buildings, constructions, networks – 4 units, individually defined property (equipment) – 89 units at the address: 44, Oleksia Porady str., Zaporizhzhia city;

-         Non-residential premises of 28.8 sq. m. on the fourth floor of a building in Berdiansk town, 6, Horkoho str.;

-         Non-residential premise of 63.0 sq. m. on the first floor of pumping station in Zaporizhzhia town, 83, Akademika Amosova str.;

-         A part of non-residential premise of 14.9 sq. m. on the fifth floor of building at the address: 74a Patriotychna str, Zaporizhzhia city;

-         Non-residential premise No. 8 in Zaporizhzhia oblast, Dniprorudne town, 15, Entuziastiv str. Target of object evaluation – calculation of rent.

Competition documentation is submitted at the Regional office’s address until 16.08.2019 inclusive.
