Zaporizhzhia Regional Office sells the Single Property Complex “Plant of the aluminum foil”

SPFU’s Zaporizhzhia Regional Office announcement about a sale on the electronic auction the Single Property Complex “Plant of the aluminum foil”.

Location of the plant: Zaporizhzhia City, 15 Pivdenne highway.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise buildings and premises are not accounted for.

Ownership, lease, use etc. of land plot in the enterprise is absent. The enterprise does not carry out production activity since its foundation in 2004.

Starting price of the object with VAT is 583,977 mln UAH.

One of the sale conditions is the further exploitation of the object the buyer determines independently.

Deadline for accepting applications is October 9, 2017 till 17.00.

Electronic auction will be held by Ukrainian Universal Exchange on October 13, 2017 at 10.00.
