In Cherkasy - competitions of appraisers

The Administration of Exercise of Authorities in the Cherkasy Oblast of the SPFU RO in Kyiv, Cherkasy and Chernihiv Oblasts announced a competition for the selection of appraisers, which will be involved in the independent evaluation of the objects of lease and privatization:

To calculate the lease payment:

- part of the administrative building of 316.6 sq. m. in Talne town, str. Vilnykh Kozakiv, 15;

- part of the building of 80.1 sq. m. in Kamianka town, str. Shevchenka, 16b;

- parts of the first floor of the administrative building of 43.93 and 210.4 sq. m. in Cherkasy city, str. Nebesnoi Sotni, 31/1;

- part of the premises of the equipment store of 71.9 sq. m. in Cherkasy city, str. Nadpilna, 222.

To be auctioned with the terms:

- premises of the 3rd and 4th floors of the administration building of 1027.9 sq. m. in Cherkasy city, str. Odeska, 8.

The last day of applications receipt  - December 12, 2019 before 16.00.
