There are new lease proposals in Dnipropetrovska and Zaporizhzha oblasts

The SPFU’s Regional office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska oblasts offers to lease following facilities:

In Dnipropetrovska oblast:

1)      For the  placement of trade equipment and  vending machine:

-          Premises of 101.25 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 32, Ivana Mazepy Av.;

-          Part of premise of 4.0 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 30, Kazkova str., the dormitory No. 5;

2)      For the placement of business entities:

-          Part of premise of 2.5 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 44/1 Naberezhna Peremohy str., the dormitory No. 3;

-          premise of 4.8 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 44/1 Naberezhna Peremohy str., the dormitory No. 6;

-          Premise of 21.75 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 13-15, Gagarina  str.;

3)      For the placement of canteens, buffets and café:

-          Premise of 86.3 sq. m. in Dnipro city, 27, Makarova str.;

-          Premise of 180.95 sq. m. in Kryvyi Rih, 40, Poshtovyi Av.;

-          Premise of 104.18 sq. m. Kamianske town, 36, Energetykiv str.;

4)      For the placement of workshop – a premise of 164.7 sq. m. at Kryvyi  Rih, 57, Gagarina Av.;

5)      For the placement of telecommunication technical equipment and antennas of providers – a part of roof of 50.00 sq. m. at Pavlohrad town, 26a, Zakhidnodonbaska str.;

6)      For the placement of print media – a premise of 39.7 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 3, Kozakova str;

7)      For the placement of office – a part of premise of 33.6 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 14б, Bohdana Khmelnytskoho str.;

8)      For another use – a premise of 158.0 sq. m. at Dnipro city, 8б, Krasnopilska str.

In  Zaporizhzhia oblast:

1)      For the placement driver training school – a premise of 55.2 sq. m. at Zaporizhzhia city, 64, Hoholia str.

2)      For the  placement of vending machine – a part of premise of a fire station of 1.00 sq. m. at Zaporizhzhia city, 1a, Zavodska str.

3)      For the placement of a publishing house – premise of 10.1 sq. m. at Zaporizhzhia city, 20, Centralnyi Boulevard.

Applications are accepted until 06.11.2019 inclusive.
