Sumy Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has sold a number of objects by means of auction

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region informs that on Nov 26 and Nov 27, 2018 auctions with the method of step-by-step declining of starting price and further submission of price proposals have been took place. 

The following objects have been sold:

-  a building of a shop for UAH 0.13 thousand at: 1a, Shukhliaeva str., Trostianets town; 

-  a group of objects: one storey non-residential house of the Court with the basement and porches of 378.5 sq. m. and others for UAH 43.00thousand at: 21, Hayvoronska str., Velyka Pysarivka village;

-  an administrative building with outhouses and structuresof 171.1 sq. m. for UAH 15.201 hryvnias at: 10, Nepliueva lane, Yampil town;

-  a building of a shop of 95.8 sq. m. with the basement of 30.7 sq. m. for UAH 3.676 thousand at: 55, Spasonova str., Stepanivka village, Sumy district;

-  a building of 52.9 sq. m. for UAH 27.745 thousand at: 8, Romenska str., Lypova Dolyna village.
