The acceptance of propositions on position of Chairman of the Board of the Ternopil plant “Orion” is in progress

In connection with the finishing a period of office of a Chairman of the Board of the JSC “Ternopil radio plant “Orion” (the state’s share of authorized capital – 96.31%) and in accordance with the charter and internal regulations of the company, the acceptance of proposals of company’s shareholders relative the selection of candidates on the Chairman of the Board position on the next period is in progress.

All candidates nominated for electing as a Chairman of the Board must be in accordance with the following terms: higher education, more then 5 years work experience on executive positions, fluent Ukrainian.

Legal entities, and persons that have not got a full active civil capacity, members of the company’s supervisory board, revision commission, others persons which membership at the board are limited by law; persons in respect of which there is a court decision which the candidate is forbidden to engage in this type of activity; persons who have got no-expunged previous convictions against property, service or economic crimes; people's deputies of Ukraine, members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, leaders of the central and local executive authority, bodies of local self-government, military personnel, notary publics, officials of bodies of public prosecutor's office, court, security service, national police, government officials also can not be a candidate for this position.

In addition, candidates for the position of the Chairman of the Board can not engage in any other commercial activity, except for the functions of the Chairman of the Board.
