Zakarpattia Regional Office realized the five-month LeasePlan of 125%

The SPFU’s Regional office in Zakarpattia region transferred UAH 3.634 million from leasing of state property to the State Budget.

 The five-month LeasePlan was realized of 125%.

During May 2018 the Regional office concluded 5 lease agreements of real estate property, on which at the results of the study of demand received only one application and one lease agreement on a competitive basis (5 applications are submitted).

In general, remained valid:

-  424 agreements were concluded by the Regional office;

-  27 lease agreements were concluded by state enterprises, institutions and organizations.

For five months this year 84 additional agreements were concluded to amend in acting lease agreements of state property.
