In December, the State Property Fund will hold more than 37 auctions for leasing state property, including offers for premises in administrative buildings, warehouses, and a sawmill workshop

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has already announced 37 lease auctions, and the auctions will take place on the Prozorro.Sale platform. Most of the premises are in satisfactory technical condition and have all necessary utilities.

"Each passive asset should become an active one and generate a stable income for the state budget. Today, the lease of state property is in demand among small and medium-sized businesses, as the state owns premises for the implementation of various business projects. The State Property Fund is the largest real estate lessor in Ukraine, with a total area of ​​almost 8 million square meters, and the number of active lease agreements currently exceeds 14,000," emphasized Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the State Property Fund.

  • Regional Office in Kyiv – 10 auctions;
  • Regional Office in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kirovohrad regions – 1 auction;
  • Regional Office in Poltava and Sumy regions – 5 auctions;
  • Regional Office in Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions – 5 auctions;
  • Regional Office in Lviv, Zakarpattia, and Volyn regions – 5 auctions;
  • Regional Office in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions – 1 auction;
  • Regional Office in Rivne and Zhytomyr regions – 2 auctions;
  • Regional Office in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions – 6 auctions;
  • Regional Office in Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil regions – 2 auctions.
