The State Property Fund plans to hold more than 90 privatization online auctions in December

The State Property Fund team has already announced 61 auctions for the privatization of state property, with a total starting value of assets exceeding UAH400 million. Among this month's proposals are properties of various sizes, convenient location and connected utilities.

The state block of shares in the amount of 50% + 1 share in the authorized capital of PJSC "Rivne Radio Engineering Plant".The enterprise has not been engaged in economic activities since 2013. The object includes 7 real estate units with a total area of 68,795 m2. The PJSC "Rivne Radio Engineering Plant" is located on a land plot of 11.3834 hectares at the address: Soborna Street, 364, Rivne, Ukraine. The land is designated for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary, and ancillary buildings and structures of enterprises in the processing, engineering, and other industries, which are municipally owned. The enterprise has a creditor debt of 18,501.3 thousand UAH, the repayment of which within 6 months is one of the privatization conditions. The property complex of SOE "Ivano-Frankivsk Grain Processing Plant".The Ivano-Frankivsk Grain Processing Plant was founded in 1979 and suspended operations in 2019. The enterprise is located on the outskirts of Ivano-Frankivsk city and Mykytyntsi village. The facility includes production, residential, warehouse, and administrative buildings. There are also internal railway tracks with a length of 3701 m. The enterprise's balance includes 14 units of vehicles and special equipment. The asset is located in Khmelnytskyi and consists of 38 real estate objects with a total area of 15,491 m2 and 34 units of transportation. The property complex of SOE "Niginsky quarry" is located on three land plots with a total area of 79.6 hectares. Starting price – UAH 26.3 million, auction date – December 14.
