The State Property Fund sold the Property complexes of SOE "TVK" in Odesa district for UAH 106.2 million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has sold the Property complexesof SOE «TVK» for UAH 106.2 million at a privatization auction. The complex is located next to the well-known 7th Kilometer market in Odesa.

The buyer will also pay UAH 21.2 million in VAT to the state budget and pay UAH 12.2 million in current debts.

"This is the money the country needs here and now to support the Defense Forces. It is also an investment that will transform a state 'liability' into a private 'asset' and will become another growth point for the Odesa region," said Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the Fund.

The Property complexof SOE includes 39 real estate units with all the necessary infrastructure and communications. Among them: an administrative building, 17 warehouse and retail premises, a garage with non-residential buildings, a pumping station, etc.

The Property complexof  SOE "TVK" provides warehousing and trading services. The area of buildings and structures used for this activity exceeds 35 thousand square meters.
