An auction for the privatization of the Single Property Complex of the SE Zakupniansky Quarry in Khmelnytsky region has been announced

An online auction for the privatization of the Single Property Complex of the State Enterprise Zakupnyansky Quarry is scheduled on February 23, 2024. The starting price of the asset is UAH 15.85 million, applications will be accepted until February 22, 2024.

The facility is located at the following address: Khmelnytsky region, Kamianets-Podilsky district, Zakupne village, 1e Tsentralna street.

According to its Charter, the company’s principal activity is the extraction of decorative and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk, and clay shale.

The Single Property Complex has 3 land plots for production needs with a total area of 72.07 hectares and 39 real estate units, including production, warehouse and administrative buildings and structures. The total area of all premises is 10,727.2 sq. m.

The SE also has 23 units of motor vehicles, special equipment and railway transport. In particular, trucks, forklifts, tractors, heating pipes, cranes and an elevator.

The company’s property isn’t leased. The balance sheet of SE Zakupnyansky Quarry includes objects that aren’t subject to privatization, namely a civil defense facility - a radiation shelter and a part of the road from the Quarry Lysohirka to the company’s industrial site.

The Company has no debts to the budget and employees. Accounts payable amount to UAH 4,996.5 for goods, works and services.
