The “United Mining and Chemical Company” has rebranded

JSC “United Mining and Chemical Company” has rebranded: the Company has changed the corporate style and identity of the brand, launched a new website and official pages on social networks.

A radical change in the approach to internal and external communications is a planned step within the Program of “UMCC” modernization at the pre-privatization stage.

“The rebranding of “UMCC” is not just a change of logo. The Company is changing, modern highly efficient business approaches are being implemented. The new style is a confirmation of these changes, a new vision of the Company's development”, - commented on the rebranding Peter Davis, Acting Head of the Management Board of JSC “UMCC”.

From now on, all news about the work of “UMCC”, Company’s financial statements and other necessary information are available on a single official website www.umcc-titanium.com.

The creation of a new trust platform became a necessary measure due to the use of the old website for personal purposes of the former Company's management: the old web resource is used to spread fake information about the state Company to destabilize the internal atmosphere in “UMCC” and damage its image on the eve of privatization.

Renewing the “UMCC” corporate identity is an important step in the Program on preparation of Company to work with a strategic investor. To recall, according to the new program of cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF, the State Property Fund is to announce an auction for the privatization of JSC “UMCC” by the end of 2020.
