Auction for the transfer of the storage in Chernigov for lease has completed. The price increased 4 times

On November, 4, an auction for the transfer of the civil defense structure (storage) of 713.9 sq. m. in Chernihiv has completed.

Two bidders at competitive online auction increased starting price 4 times, from UAH 1,749.21 to UAH 7,001.

The tenant can use the storage for any purpose at its discretion.Lease period – 5 years.

According to the Procedure on the transfer of state and communal property for lease, the auction winner must sing the Minutes within 3 working days and conclude lease contract within 20 working days from a day following the day of formation of a minutes on results of an auction at the electronic trade system ProZorro.Sale.
