The government has appointed a representative of the State Property Fund as the manager of accounts of PJSC National Joint-Stock Company Ukragroleasing
At the meeting on 9th December 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the resolution “Some Issues of State Public Joint-Stock Company National Joint-Stock Company Ukragroleasing”.
According to this resolution, the accounting of rights attached to shares and interest in the shares of said joint-stock company will be kept on a government securities account in a depositary institution State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine.
In addition, a representative of the State Property Fund of Ukraine was appointed as the manager of securities accounts (the owner of which is the state) in the name of the state in relation to OJSC Ukragroleasing. The Fund’s representative should provide depositary maintenance of this company.
