Privatization in Kyiv: two buildings near Ocean Plaza shopping mall at a transparent online auction
On February 15, 2021, privatization online auctions will take place, at which separate property will be put up - two administrative buildings in Holosiivskyi district at the address 3, Ruslana Luzhevskoho St., Kyiv.
The facilities are located within easy reach by Lybidska underground station and the Ocean Plaza shopping mall.
An auctions will be held for each of the buildings.
The first object (letter A) is a five-storey building with an area of 1,730.2 sq. m. The opening price for this asset is UAH 73,476,310 million, and the acceptance of applications ends on February 14.
The second object (letter B) is a three-storey building with an area of 429.7 sq. m. The opening price is UAH 7,350,320, the applications will be accepted on February 14.
