Transparent auction: the price of long-term construction in the Mykolaiv region increased to UAH 1 million

An online auction for the privatization of an object of unfinished construction in the village of Rybakivka, Mykolaiv region, was held on January 18, 2021, according to its results, UAH 1.01 million should be transferred to the state budget.

Four participants competed for the ownership of the asset at the open auction, which increased the price in 2.3 times - from the starting UAH 435,290 to UAH 1,017,777.

The privatization object is an unfinished complex of children’s camp buildings with a total area of ​​2153.6 sq.m., consisting of a club-canteen room, a medical building, a boiler room and toilets, the level of constructions readiness is 54-70%.

Now the winner of the auction must sign a protocol on the results of the auction, enter into a sale contract and make a calculation - after that the process of object's privatization will be officially completed.

According to the terms of the privatization auction, the investor must complete the object within 5 years from the date of notarization of the contract of sale.
