Privatization of Lityn fleet of vehicles: the price increased to UAH 4 million at the transparent auction

On January 22, 2021, the Single property complex of the SOE “Lityn bus fleet” was auctioned. As the result the State Budget should receive UAH 4 million.

Two bidders competed for ownership on the asset at an open auction. Opening price increased from starting UAH 3,354,250 to UAH 4,000,200.

The bus fleet is located at Lityn small town, Vinnytsia oblast, 30 kilometers from Vinnytsia and includes the repair workshops and areas, a dispatch office, warehouses, an overpass, container platforms, etc.

Now the winner of auction should sign the protocol with results of auctions, conclude the sale and purchase contract and transfer money. After this the privatization process of assets will be completed officially.
