Zhytomyrshchyna: real estate with the area of over 300 sq. m. on a transparent privatization auction

On February 12, 2021, the transparent online auction on privatization of separate property – non-residential premises of  the Yemilchyne Department of Water Affairs (Yemilchynske upravlinnia vodnoho hospodarstva) in Yablunets small town, Zhytomyr region, will take place.

The privatization object is the complex of buildings, located at a land plot of the total area of 0.2 ha, including:

- a two-storey brick administrative building with the total area of 149.0 sq. m.;

- a one-storey brick garages building with the total area of 141.5 sq. m.;

- a one-storey brick barn building with the total area of 29.7 sq. m.

The asset is situated on 80, Heroiv Maidanu Street. It is in satisfactory condition and currently in not in use for the purpose intended.

The starting price is UAH 102,124, accepting applications for participation in the online auction will last until February 11, 2021.
