Airport Boryspil: two premises for leasing are available at online auction next week

On March 9 and 10, two premises at Boryspil International Airport will be offered for leasing at an online auction next week

On March 9, a premise of 12 sq. m. will be offered at an online auction. It is located in the business center of the airport cargo terminal. Starting price for leasing of the facility is UAH 827.84.
The premise was certificated and has central heating. There is fire alarm and internet.


Applications for participation in this auction will be submitted until March 8th.

On March 10 next auction for leasing the premises of 43.8 sq. m. will be held. It is located in the airport parking building. Starting price for leasing of the facility is UAH 5,777.56.

The premise was certificated and has central heating. There is a working lift.

Applications for participation in this auction will be submitted until March 8th.

Both premises are in satisfactory conditions. The lease term of each of the premises is 5 years.

Objects can be used for any purpose, except for several types of restrictions written out in the rental conditions.

So, the premises cannot accommodate:

·         Non-government organizations and charity organizations;

·         Gyms, institutions of physical culture and sports, activities for the organization and conduct of classes in various sports;

·         Healthcare institutions, pharmacies, veterinary hospitals (clinics), veterinary medicine laboratories, veterinary pharmacies, medical laboratories;

·         Catering, cafes, bars, restaurants, trade objects. 

Remind: in order to take part in the auction for the right to rent this asset, you must submit an application for participation in the auction, pay the guarantee and registration fees and make your price offer at the auction.
