Premises of the Seaport Administration Building in Chornomorsk with an area of 49 sq. m., on the first floor are vacant for leasing

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the extension of the lease contract for premise on the first floor of the seaport administration building in the Chornomorsk town with an area of 49 sq. m.

The auction is scheduled for March 24. Acceptance of applications for participation in it lasts until March 23.

The starting lease price, at which the asset is put up for auction, is UAH 34,468.54.

The premise is offered for leasing for a 5 years period. The tenant will be able to use the premise for any purpose.

The object is in satisfactory technical condition. The premise is connected to the 16 kW mains, sewerage, heating, air conditioning, telecommunications (telephone and internet).

The territory of the Chornomorsk branch of the SOE “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” is a zone of limited access. In this regard, for access to the leased object it is necessary to issue permits for the right of way (passage) to the territory.
