Privatization of a Unified property complex of State-owned enterprise “Zhytomyr Expert and Technical Center of the State Labor Service” will be held
On April 1, 2021, a Unified property complex of State-owned enterprise “Zhytomyr Expert and Technical Center of the State Labor Service”, located at: 2, Putiatynsky Maidan, Zhytomyr city, will be auctioned online.
In accordance with the Charter, the main activity is technical testing and research. Other activities are examination of project documentation, diagnostics, examination of the state of industrial safety of business entities, technical inspection of technological transport instruments, assessment of workplaces, audit of the state of labor protection, etc.
Privatization object includes fixed assets consist of automobile transport (7 units), equipment and other movable property. There is no real estate on the enterprise balance sheet.
Starting price of Unified property complex of SOE “Zhytomyr Expert and Technical Center of the State Labor Service” is UAH 2,030,000, submission of applications for participation in the online auction is until March 31, 2021.
As a reminder, a total of 23 Expert and Technical Centers of the State Labor Service of Ukraine will be offered for privatization. These centers provide services in the spheres of labor protection and hygiene, industrial safety, etc.
In 2021 we successfully privatized three centers of the State Labor Service. They are located in Chernivtsi, Cherkasy and Ivano-Frankivsk. Investors are offered the operating business with client base, equipment and experience on the market.
