At 14:47 on April 8, 2021, an auction will be held for the extension of lease agreement of industrial premise at the address: 4, Frolivska St., Kyiv city. The asset is on the balance sheet of the Kiev state experimental prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise.

Applications for participation in an auction will be accepted until 20:00, April 7, 2021.

The condition of the premises is satisfactory, provided with electricity (10 kW), water and sewerage, as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning. There is a telephone and internet.

The starting price of this asset at an auction is UAH 63,957.33.

Lease term – 5 years.

The premises are to use for any purpose.
