Auction for the lease of premises in the Odessa Maritime Academy was announced

On April 28, 202 at 11:16, extension of the lease contract for the premises of the educational building No. 6 of the National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”, located at: 16, Pastera, St., Odesa, will be auctioned online.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until April 27, 2021, 20:00.

The premises are electrified (capacity 2.5 kW), in satisfactory condition, equipped with heating. Water supply, sewerage, air conditioning and fire alarms are also available.

The starting price of the object is UAH 77,038.19, and lease term is 5 years.

The asset consists of several objects, namely: a first floor premise (368.1 sq. m.) and a semi-basement premise (237.99 sq. m.).

The total area is 606.09 sq. m.

We remind you that in order to participate in the auction for the right to lease this asset, you must apply for participation in the auction, pay guarantee and registration fees and make your price offer at the bidding.
