Auction on lease of a department store building in Donetsk region has been announced

On April 28, 2021, at 13:16, the lease of a two-story building of a department store, located at: 43, Zavodska St., urban-type settlement Donske, Donetsk region, that is on a balance of the state enterprise “State Research and Design Institute of Basic Chemistry”, will be auctioned online.

The starting price of the object is UAH 6, 045.63, and lease term is 3 years.

The total are of land plot is 1,841.70 sq. m.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on April 27, 2021.

The building is heated, but needs repair. Also, the object is provided with electricity of 50 kW capacity, drainage, water supply and ventilation.

We remind you that in order to participate in the auction for the right to lease this asset, you must apply for participation in the auction, pay garrantee and registration fees and make your price offer at bidding.
