Demonopolization of the alcohol industry continues: auction on privatization of the Ivanky operating location and alcohol storage

On May 20, 2021, the privatization of separate property of the Ivanky operating location and alcohol storage of SOE «UKRSPYRT» will be auctioned online. 

Assets of the privatization object are located in Ivanky and Potash villages, Mankivskyi district, Cherkasy region.

The total area of buildings and constructions is 10,021 sq. m., including: a main building, a yeast fermentation section, workshops, a dried distillers grain with soluble (DDGS) and pumping station, a laboratory, warehouses, garages, a sawmill, etc.

In total, the list of separate property to be auctioned online consists of 743 items of buildings, equipment, personal and other property.

The total area of land plots is 37.66 ha.

The starting price of the asset is UAH 20,372,540, and accepting applications for participation in the online auction will continue until May 19, 2021.

Privatization of the Ivanky operating location and alcohol storageof SOE «Ukrspyrt» takes place within the framework of demonopolization of the alcohol industry, which began in 2020.

In total, the state will put up for privatization 41 operating location and alcohol storages that are part of the state-owned enterprise «Ukrspyrt» and 37 other plants, united in the concern «Ukrspyrt».
