The SPFU has presented the peculiarities of privatization and leasing of state property during wartime to farmers and territorial communities

On March 30, during a webinar organized with the assistance of the Ukraine Agri-Food Value Chain TA Project (UAFATA), representatives of the State Property Fund have presented the peculiarities of privatization and leasing of state property under martial law to agricultural producers, farm advisers and representatives of territorial communities of Ukraine.

Business reaction to the invasion was large-scale internal migration. Many entrepreneurs have moved from the zone of active hostilities to safer regions in order to continue their work.

Business needs new opportunities to work in a new place, and the SPFU has assets that will help both in relocation and in opening a new business.

During the event representatives of the SPFU told the participants about the lots offered by the State Property Fund for entrepreneurs, about changes in the regulatory framework after the full-scale invasion, about the simplification of procedures for leasing and privatizing state property during martial law.

The partisipants were also told about the Fund's information resources: everyone who is willing to privatize and lease state property can always find current offers on the privatization.gov.ua and orenda.gov.ua websites.
