In the first half of 2023, the State Property Fund of Ukraine sold 210 objects and raised over 1.8 billion hryvnias to the state budget

From January 1 to June 30, 2023, revenues to the state budget from privatization auctions held by the State Property Fund of Ukraine exceeded UAH 1.82 billion. A total of 210 auctions were held, with 1,012 bidders participating. The total winning price for all auctions was 3.5 times higher than the starting price (book value of the objects).

The most successful auctions during the first half of the year were – the Hermitage Hotel building (UAH 311 million), "Ukroboronresursy" (UAH 210 million), Ust-Dunaisk Seaport (UAH 201 million), Storonybaby Distillery (UAH 142 million), and "Electronmash" (UAH 120.8 million).

The most popular auctions by the number of participants were auctions of the "UkrDiprosad" (47 participants), the Hermitage Hotel in Kyiv (39 participants), and the greenhouses in the Lviv region (32 participants).

Among the most active regions were the Regional Office in Lviv, Volyn, and Zakarpattia regions – 49 auctions, the Regional Office in Rivne and Zhytomyr regions – 33 auctions, and the Regional Office in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Kirovohrad regions – 26 auctions.

All funds raised by the SPFU from privatization are for the Defense Forces. Anyone can join supporting the Ukrainian army!
