The State Property Fund generated 135 million hryvnias at privatization auctions this week

In the first week of July, the winning bids at privatization auctions of the State Property Fund reached 134.7 million hryvnias. A total of 108 bidders participated in 13 auctions, raising the price of the assets to 2.4 times the starting price.
Ukrainian business strongly believes in victory and actively invests in state assets. In 7 months of 2023 the state budget managed to attract almost 2.1 billion hryvnias, a record figure for the last 10 years.

This week's demand was mainly for real estate privatization. The assets include non-residential buildings in Poltava, Mykolaiv, Rivne, Ternopil, Lviv and Zhytomyr regions, as well as administrative buildings in Zakarpattia and Lviv regions. Property complexes of the Chernihiv Repair Plant and the Poltava Bakery Plant also found new owners. This week's most expensive lot was Novosilkovsky distillery, whose price tripled from UAH 30 million to UAH 90 million in the competition among 5 bidders.

This week's auction with the largest number of participants was the privatization auction of a seed inspection building in the Zakarpattia region, the value of which increased 93 times from UAH 16 thousand to UAH 1.5 million in competition with 24 bidders. The most expensive auction of the week took place in Ternopil region, where the value of the ground floor premises increased 8.7 times from UAH 402 thousand to UAH 3.5 million with the participation of 6 bidders.

The State Property Fund plans to hold 10 privatization auctions from July 7 to 11. Investors will be offered to purchase Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port, Niginsky Quarry, 100% stakes in Smoly JSC and Investagro LLC, as well as a three-story administrative building with support facilities.
