Cherkasy Regional Office announced the competition of appraisers

Cherkasy regional office has announced the competitive selection of appraisers which will involve to holding an independent valuation of leased property:

1.     a part of space on the second floor of business-innovation center with an area of 137.8 qs. M at the address: 205 Shevchenko Avenue, Cherkasy city;

2.     non-residential premise on the first floor of the dormitory with an area of 23.94 sq. m in Kaniv town, 135 Energetikov Str.;

3.     a premise of carpenter shop with an area of 357,1 sq. m at the address: 16 Oleny Teligy Str., Cherkasy city;

4.     administrative building with building extensions with a total area of 130.0 sq. m in Cherkasy city, 16 Oleny Teligy Str.;

5.     a part of mechanical floor in the administrative building with an area of 10.0 sq. m and a part of the roof of 5.0 sq. m in Uman, 1A Sobornosti Square;

6.     parts of premises on the fourth and seventh floors of 9-storey dormitory with a total area of 3 sq. m in Cherkasy city, 51 Krylova Str.;

7.     parts of premises on the second floor of educational building with an area of 58.9 sq. m in Cherkasy city, 24 Dashkevicha Str.;

8.     non-residential premise of educational building with an area of 12.2 sq. m at the address: Buky small town, Mankivsky district, 2 Centralna Str.

The last day of submission of applications is December 5, 2017 until 4 p.m.

A competition will be held on December 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. in premises of Cherkasy regional office at the following address: 205 Shevchenko Boulevard, Cherkasy City.
