Cherkasy Regional Office has announced the competition for selection of appraisers

An assessment is made for the calculation of the rent to conclude a lease agreement for state property:

1.      A premise of 84.1 sq. m. on the ground floor at the address: 126a, Mykhailivska str., Uman town;

2.      A premise of annexes to the dormitory of 145.54 sq. m. at the address: 51, Khreshchatyk str., Cherkasy city;

3.      A part of premises in dormitory of 50.0 sq. m. at the address: 37, V. Stusa str., Smila town.

An assessment is made for the calculation of the rent to prolong a lease agreement for state property:

1.      A part of premise of 8.0 sq. m. on the second floor of 4-storey educational building at the address: 8, Onopriienka str., Cherkasy city;

2.      A part of hall of 3.00 sq. m. on the ground floor at the address: 24, Dashkovycha str., Cherkasy city;

3.      Parts of premises of 30.0 sq. m. on the ground floor of 5-storey building of laboratory at the address: 205, Shevchenka ave., Cherkasy city.

Deadline submission applications – September 04, 2018 until 16.00 p.m.

The competition will be held at 11.00 a.m., September 10, 2018, at the premises of the Regional office.
