Cherkasy regional office offers lease non-residential premises
Follow state property facilities are offered for lease:
- a space on the ground floor of 11-storey administrative building of 47.64 sq. m. at the address: 39 Ostafia Dashkovycha Str., Cherkasy city.
Purpose of use is placement of activities in office premises;
- a warehouse with a total area of 953.0 sq. m at the address: automobile road Zolotonosha – Cherkasy – Smila, 11th kilometer, house without number.
Purpose of use is placement of woodworking production.
Applications for lease are accepted in Cherkasy regional office at the address: 205 Shevchenko Avenue, Cherkasy City, room 307.
If two or more applications for one lease object are received, the landlord will announce a tender for the right to lease it in accordance with the requirements of par. 3 part 4 of the Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On leasing public and communal property”.
