Chernihiv RO controls 638 contracts of state property lease

As of January 31, 2019There is 638 contracts of state property lease in the Register of leasehold contracts of state property located in the territory of the Chernihiv region.

In January 2019, the Regional Office concluded 4 contracts of state property lease.

In addition, five lease contracts expired in January.

The Regional Office has proven the planned task of ensuring the receipt of the lease payment in the amount of 9 million UAH to the state budget for 2019.

In January 2019, the state budget received from the lease 828.110 thousand UAH, which is 9.2% of the annual plan.

According to the annual schedule of inspections, the representatives of the Regional Office carry out constant documentary and periodic comprehensive control over the use of the leased property and fulfillment of the terms of the lease contracts.

In 2019, the Regional Office is scheduled for 120 complex inspections.
