The State Property Fund held auctions totaling UAH 116.9 million during the week
The State Property Fund team held 11 successful online auctions for privatization between February 19 and 23. The final value of the lots is UAH 116.9 million, excluding VAT. In total, 46 participants took part in the auctions, with a 3.25-fold increase in asset value during the competition.
The most expensive lot last week was the property complex of SOE "Vinnytsia Research and Design Institute of Land Management". The value of the object increased from the starting UAH 15.6 million to the final UAH 54.6 million, or 3.5 times. Eight participants competed for ownership rights to the asset.
For the current week, 24 online auctions for privatization are planned. The total starting value of all lots is over UAH 37.4 million. Among the largest investment proposals:
Property complex of SOE "Kyiv Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise". The state enterprise includes 20 units of real estate, among the objects: medical, administrative-production and production buildings, facilities, garages, etc. The total area of all premises is 12,216.6 m2. The objects are located in three cities in Ukraine: Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv.

A group of inventory objects in Volynregion. The total number of objects is 195. There are no privatization conditions.

Administrative building in Pavlohrad. The total area of real estate is 127.8 m². Privatization conditions are not established, therefore, the new owner will be able to use the real estate for any business projects.
