Kharkiv Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced a competition for selection of appraisers

On 28 Aug it will be taking place a competition for selection of appraisers for providing of an independent valuation for the purpose of lease transaction:

1.      A premise on the 3rd floor of a four-storey educational building of 6.8 sq. m., a part of roof of a fifth-storey educational building of 4.0 sq. m., a part of roof of a fifth-storey educational building of 4.0 sq. m., etc., at 14, Nauky ave., Kharkiv city.

2.      A part of a hall of 2 sq. m. on the 1st floor of a two-storey building of an administrative-common complex, at 27, Lva Landau ave., Kharkiv city.

3.      A premise on the 1st floor of a fifth-storey dormitory building of 117 sq. m., at Academika Proskury str., Kharkiv city.

4.      A premise in a semi-basement of a four-storey dormitory building of 201.3 sq. m., at 3, 1st Lisoparkovyi lane, Kharkiv city.

5.      A premise on the 1st floor of a nine-storey dormitory building of 15.0 sq. m., at 6-Б, Electroinstrumentalnyi lane, Kharkiv city. 

6.      A premise on the 1st floor of an administrative building of the statistic department in Zmiivski district of 16.5 sq. m., at 25, Administratyvna str., Zmiiv town, Zmiiv district.
